RoomGlow

Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026 · RoomGlow for iOS · Developer: Ömer Erbalta

This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and where it goes. RoomGlow for iOS does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not sell your data.

1. Your room photos, images and videos

2. Analytics and crash reports

The app uses Google Firebase services:

Firebase data is processed by Google under the Firebase Privacy and Security terms. RoomGlow does not use the Apple advertising identifier and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3. Purchases

Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment, billing and refunds; we never see your card details. The app checks your subscription status with Apple to unlock Premium.

4. Permissions the app may ask for

The app may ask for permissions such as Notifications, Camera, Photos or Health data, only when a feature needs them. Every permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.

5. Data retention

Your data stays until you delete it. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase for up to 14 months.

6. Children

RoomGlow is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to delete analytics data linked to your device or ask any question about this policy at erbalta80@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or Türkiye's KVKK; we honour them on request.

8. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
